General

What are your hours?
24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year — including every holiday. No after-hours surcharges.
What's your typical response time?
15 to 30 minutes anywhere in Queens. Priority neighborhoods close to our Rosedale base see faster response.
What areas of Queens do you cover?
All 95 Queens neighborhoods, from Astoria to Far Rockaway. If you're in Queens, we cover you. Call (347) 437-0185 for unusual addresses.
What languages do you speak?
Phone and on-scene: English, Spanish, Albanian. Chat via Ayah: English, Spanish, Albanian, Chinese.
What does consent-only towing mean?
We only tow vehicles when the driver, owner, insurance carrier, or authorized fleet manager explicitly requests it. We never do blocked-driveway, police non-consent, or predatory tows.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Licensed to operate as a consent-only tow service. Progressive Commercial $1M liability insurance on every tow.
Do you work with AAA?
AAA contracts with specific local towing partners. We are not currently a AAA contract partner, so if you call AAA they dispatch whoever they have on rotation. If you want Jonuzi specifically, call us directly — we often arrive faster and with more predictable pricing.
Do you do business / fleet accounts?
Yes. For commercial fleets, property management companies (consent-only work like driver-authorized retrieval), and regular B2B accounts, we offer net-30 invoicing. Contact dispatch to discuss.

Pricing

How much does a tow cost in Queens?
Light-duty $99+. Flatbed $99+. Heavy-duty $350+. Roadside (jumpstart, lockout, flat tire, fuel) $75+. Final price depends on distance, vehicle weight, and difficulty — always confirmed before we load.
What affects the final price?
Distance, vehicle size/weight, whether flatbed is required, service complexity (winching, blocked access). Time of day does NOT affect price — same pricing around the clock.
Are there hidden fees?
No. What we quote is what you pay. No hook-up fees, fuel surcharges, after-hours surcharges, or mileage overages.
Do you accept insurance direct-billing?
For accident tows, yes — we bill Progressive, GEICO, Allstate, State Farm, USAA, Liberty Mutual, and other major carriers directly.
What payment methods?
Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, Debit, and Insurance direct-billing for accident tows.
Do you charge extra on weekends or holidays?
No. Same published prices on weekends, overnight, and every holiday.

Services

What types of vehicles can you tow?
All light-duty cars, SUVs, trucks, vans, motorcycles. Heavy-duty commercial vehicles (box trucks, RVs, buses). Luxury, exotic, and electric vehicles. Construction equipment up to our heavy wrecker capacity.
Can you tow my Tesla / EV?
Yes — flatbed transport only. Tesla and other EVs require flatbed because rolling the drive wheels can damage the electric motor controllers. We use soft-tie straps, never chains.
Can you tow my AWD or 4WD vehicle?
Yes — flatbed only. AWD/4WD vehicles can't be towed with wheels on the ground without risking transfer case and drivetrain damage.
Do you tow motorcycles?
Yes. Specialized motorcycle towing with flatbed + wheel chocks + soft straps. Starting at $99. Sport bikes, cruisers, touring bikes, scooters all handled.
Do you do junk car removal?
Yes. Free pickup + cash paid for scrap vehicles in Queens. We handle the paperwork per NYS DMV requirements, even if you don't have the title.
Do you do long-distance transport?
Yes. Long-distance towing to Long Island, Westchester, New Jersey, Connecticut, and beyond. Starting at $199. Flatbed the entire distance.
Do you do roadside assistance only (no tow)?
Yes. Jumpstart, lockout, flat tire change, fuel delivery — all starting at $75. If the situation doesn't need a tow, we don't sell you one.
Do you handle accident recovery?
Yes. We coordinate with police on-scene, handle the vehicle removal, and direct-bill your insurance. Flatbed used for damaged vehicles to prevent secondary damage.
Can you retrieve my car from the NYPD tow pound?
We don't negotiate releases from the pound — that's a direct process between you and NYPD. But once you've retrieved your vehicle, we can tow it from the pound to your mechanic or home. Queens Tow Pound: 35-20 58th Street, Woodside, NY 11377.

Emergencies

I'm stranded on the BQE / Van Wyck / LIE. What do I do?
Pull over as far right as possible. Turn on hazard lights. Stay inside with your seatbelt on. Call (347) 437-0185 — we dispatch immediately and coordinate with highway authorities.
It's 3 AM. Will you really answer?
Yes. Our dispatchers are staffed around the clock. Same dispatch quality at 3 AM as at 3 PM.
I don't know exactly where I am.
Describe what you see — cross-streets, landmarks, nearest exit. If you have a smartphone, share your GPS location with dispatch. We find you.
My child/pet is locked in the car.
Priority call. Call 911 first if anyone is in distress. Call us simultaneously — we dispatch immediately with non-destructive lockout tools.
I was in an accident. What do I do?
Check for injuries (call 911 if needed). Move to a safe location if possible. Document the scene with photos. File a police report. Then call us — we handle accident recovery and insurance direct-billing.
I ran out of gas.
Call us. We deliver 2–3 gallons of gasoline or diesel within 15–25 minutes. Enough to get you to the nearest station.

Process & Documentation

How does the quote process work?
Call dispatch, describe location + vehicle + situation. Dispatch gives you a phone quote. Driver arrives, confirms the price in person. Only after you agree do we load. You can decline at any point before loading with no obligation.
Do I get a receipt?
Yes. Every tow comes with a receipt showing pickup, drop-off, service type, and price. For insurance claims we provide additional documentation on request.
What if I'm not at the scene?
For authorized tows (insurance, fleet), we can proceed without the driver present. We verify authorization before loading. Call dispatch to arrange.
Can you drop my car anywhere?
Yes — your mechanic, dealership, home, body shop, or anywhere you choose. We don't steer you to a partner shop.
What if my car won't start and won't roll?
We have winches and dollies to move vehicles that can't move on their own. Tell dispatch when you call — we dispatch the right equipment.
