Our Fleet

Wheel-lift trucks lift the front (or rear) wheels of the vehicle off the ground using a metal cradle. The other two wheels roll on the road during transport. This is the most efficient method for standard front-wheel-drive vehicles on local tows within Queens.

When we use wheel-lift: everyday FWD sedans, SUVs, and light trucks. Short-distance local tows. Non-damaged vehicles. When we DON'T use wheel-lift: AWD, 4WD, EVs, luxury/exotic, lowered, accident-damaged, or long-distance tows.

Flatbed trucks (also called rollback or slide trucks) have a hydraulic bed that tilts to ground level. The vehicle drives or is winched onto the bed, then secured with soft-tie straps. All four wheels are off the ground for the entire transport.

When we use flatbed (default for): AWD, 4WD, EV (Tesla, Rivian, Lucid), luxury (Porsche, BMW, Mercedes), exotic (Ferrari, Lamborghini), lowered/modified, accident-damaged, long-distance transport, classic/vintage. We use soft-tie straps on the wheels or axle — never frame hooks, never chains.

Heavy wreckers are commercial-grade tow trucks designed for vehicles over 10,000 lbs. We use them for box trucks, RVs, buses, tractor-trailers, and construction equipment. Heavy wreckers are dispatched through in-house units or vetted owner-operator partners operating under Jonuzi standards.

When we use heavy wreckers: commercial vehicle breakdowns, accident recovery for large trucks, RV transport, bus service, construction equipment relocations.
